Prices: Each annual catalog cancels all previous prices. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Terms: All accounts are C.O.D. unless credit has been approved. Our credit terms are net 30 days. If accounts are past due, a 1.5% monthly finance charge will be added. Payments will be applied to oldest invoices/ items unless a remittance stating invoices to be paid is attached. A fee of $30.00 will be charged on each returning check.

If a legal suit is instituted to enforce collection of accounts past due, buyer agrees to pay reasonable attorney fees and all costs of suit.

Warranty: We give no warranty expressed or implied as to the productiveness of life of nursery stock we sell. We shall in no case be liable for any sum greater than the amount received for said nursery stock. Any claims must be made within 72 hours of receipt of plants. We give no warranty on replacement stock.

Special Notes: We welcome the business of both you and your customers. You are welcome to bring your customers out and show them the plant material. However, if our Sales Staff assists your customer (in your absence) a 20% walking fee will be added to the price of the material.

Delivery: Delivery is available at an additional charge. Call for price.

Availability: Not all varieties of plants are available in all sizes listed in wholesale catalog.
